At the conclusion of the G20 Summit in Toronto, British Prime Minister David Cameron addressed the media and took 4 questions.  Out of the four, two were related to…you guessed it..England’s World Cup loss to Germany earlier that afternoon.  As you will see in the video below (which captures the response to the first), Prime Minister Cameron handled these questions admirably – despite the fact that they entirely by-passed the substantive aspects of the weekend’s proceedings.
